As a Night Receptionist at Hotel 717, you won't just be part of the team; you'll be the enchanting face that graces our establishment during the late hours. Picture yourself greeting guests with warmth, expertly handling inquiries, and orchestrating the flawless operation of overnight services. Upholding our elevated standards, you'll seamlessly cater to guests arriving late or departing early, creating truly exceptional experiences.

Position: Night Receptionist

Location: Prinsengracht, Amsterdam

Working Hours: 22:45 - 07:00 

Start Date: March 21st, 2024

Part-Time: 2 shifts per week

Responsibilities:

• Make our guests feel extra special with a warm and seamless check-in experience, turning every stay into a cherished memory
• Handle check-ins and check-outs with precision using the MEWS system
• Address and resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly
• Maintain the high standards of a 5-star hotel with a strong focus on hospitality
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless transition between day and night shifts
• Manage the hotel email and ensure reception is well-stocked
• ​​Ensure the safety and security of our luxurious haven during the night

Qualifications:

• Previous hospitality experience preferred 
• A 5 star hotel attitude with a strong emphasis on customer service
• Hospitable and proactive, anticipating and meeting guest needs seamlessly
• Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations
• Ability to handle complaints diplomatically and resolve issues effectively
• MEWS proficiency preferred but not essential - we provide stellar training
