Position: Day-shift Receptionist

Working times: 10:00 - 16:00, 18:00-23:30

Location: Den Burg, Texel

Job Type: Part-time/Full-time

Employment Type: Long term employment is preferable

Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests with warmth and a friendly smile
• Be the go-to person for guest needs and questions, making sure they have a comfortable stay
• Handle check-ins and check-outs, ensuring everything runs smoothly 
• Receiving and handling reservations
• Coordinating and organizing guest requests
• Handling incoming phone calls
• Providing useful information about the hotel and the city
• Assist guests with special requests and ensure their needs are met promptly
• Handle front office administration 

Qualifications:

• Previous hospitality experience preferred 
• Hospitable and proactive, anticipating and meeting guest needs seamlessly
• Proficiency in English is a must, fluency in Dutch and/or German is a plus
• Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations
• Ability to handle complaints diplomatically and resolve issues effectively
• MEWS proficiency preferred but not essential - we provide stellar training

• Competitive salary of €16,68 per hour (Including 8,33% monthly holiday pay and holidays 10,82%)
• Salary can be increased based on well performance
• Ferry transport allowance is provided
