What You’ll Do:
Cooking & Prep – Prepare, cook, and present dishes to restaurant standards.
Station Management – Run your section efficiently, keep it clean, and uphold hygiene standards.
Teamwork – Collaborate with colleagues, guide junior staff, and communicate clearly during service.
Health & Safety – Follow food safety regulations and handle equipment responsibly.
Stock & Inventory – Support with deliveries, stock rotation, and minimizing waste.
Innovation – Share ideas for menu development and improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen.
Work authorization in The Netherlands (or EU passport).
Vocational education (MBO level 3–4 or equivalent).
Availability for 38 hours/week.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and grow with the team.
