Situated in front of the Amsterdam city zoo Artis, Hotel Plantage features 24-hour front desk, room service and trip arrangements. The 22 individual rooms strike a perfect balance between comfort and style. The 2 star venue features heating, television and a kitchenette in each guestroom. Some rooms offer City views. Each room provides you with a private bathroom along with a shower, a hairdryer and free toiletries.

Hotel Plantage is looking for  a proactive, fun and well organized day shift receptionist to join their multidimensional team on the weekends.

As a day shift receptionist, you will be the main point of contact for guests during the day. You will assist your guests with the check in and check out processes and provide the guests with insight information about the city and tours. Besides that you will be handling potential requests and complaints while dealing with administration tasks as incoming reservations or modifications.

This location is a perfect location to start your tourism career. Previous hotel experience is not needed as we provide full training!
