As a Night Receptionist at Hotel Maison ELLE, you will be the face of our establishment during the late hours, responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of overnight services. Your primary focus will be to maintain our high standards of hospitality while catering to the needs of guests arriving late or departing early.

Position: Night Receptionist
Location: Maison ELLE Hotel, Amsterdam
Working Hours: 23:00 - 07:00
Start Date: Mid-March
Part-Time: 3-4 shifts per week

Responsibilities:

• Process emails and reservations efficiently
• Handle check-ins and check-outs with precision using the MEWS system
• Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs before they arise
• Address and resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly
• Maintain the high standards of a 4-star hotel with a strong focus on hospitality
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless transition between day and night shifts

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role 
• A 4-5 star hotel attitude with a strong emphasis on customer service
• Hospitable and proactive, anticipating and meeting guest needs seamlessly
• Familiarity with MEWS or similar hotel management systems
• Ability to handle complaints diplomatically and resolve issues effectively
• Ability to work and solve problems independently
