We are  currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Team Leader to join our team. As the Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing our team and front office operations, serving as the main point of contact for our remote manager.

Position: Team Leader 

Location: Den Brug, Texel

Job Type: Full-time

Employment Type: Long term employment is preferable

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service
• Manage the front office with confidence and efficiency
• Serve as the go-to person for our remote manager
• Handle guest needs with grace and professionalism
• Ensure comprehensive training for team members
• Take initiative and think outside the box
• Ensure that all functions of the hotel run smoothly

Qualifications:

• Previous hospitality experience preferred 
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities
• Proficiency in English is a must, fluency in Dutch and/or German is a plus
• Familiarity with MEWS or similar hotel management systems is preferred, but not required.
• Hospitable and proactive, anticipating and meeting guest needs seamlessly
• Ability to handle complaints diplomatically and resolve issues effectively
