We cater to a diverse range of guests, from couples seeking a weekend getaway to business travelers, ensuring that every stay is truly memorable.

Responsibilities:

- Checking-in and checking-out your guests;
- Receiving and handling reservations;
- Coordinating and organising guest requests;
- Handling incoming phone calls and emails;
- Providing useful information about the hotel, the city and nice things to do;
- Listen to the guests and providing them answers/ solutions in difficult situations;
- Handle front office administration.

Requirements:

- Professional attitude and appearance
- Organizational and administrative skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, while other languages will be advantageous.
- Proactive attitude, you take initiative and are always eager to contribute to the team's success.
- Being a collaborative team player is at the core of your personality.
- Passion for hospitality, your genuine love for hospitality will shine through in every interaction with our guests.

What We Offer:

- Flexible Working Hours: We offer both part-time and full-time positions to accommodate your availability.
- Day and Evening Shifts: 07:00 - 15:00 / 15:00 - 23:00 
- You will receive an hourly salary of €14,- along with 8.33% monthly holiday pay.
