Are you a night owl who loves the hustle and bustle of a hotel environment? We're seeking a weekend night shift receptionist to join our team and help us create an unforgettable experience for our guests.

As a night shift auditor you will be responsible for ensuring the hotels safety at night, completeness of our online bookings and for attending our hotel guests. 

Hotel Florian is a 4 star hotel located close to the international airport Schiphol in Hoofddorp. In this luxurious design hotel you can expect business guests, romantic couples or and families. 

As the face of our hotel during the nighttime hours, you'll be responsible for:

• Welcoming guests and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere
• Handling check-ins and check-outs smoothly and efficiently
• Providing guests with helpful information about the hotel, the city, and fun things to do
• Resolving any guest concerns and maintaining the security = of the hotel
• Answering incoming phone calls and emails
• Receiving and handling reservations
• Maintaining front office administration

We're looking for someone who is friendly, proactive, and able to provide a seamless guest experience. Someone who has a professional attitude and appearance with solid verbal and communication skills (English), proficiency in Dutch and any other language is a plus. • Hourly salary of €13,- + 10% night allowance;
